Ingredients
500g puff pastry
Filling
A
50g Oil
80g Sliced onion
30g Flour
B
250g Frozen mix vegetable
200g Chicken meat
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
200g water
Method:
- Filling. Heat the oil in (A) and add in onion. Stir fry until fragrant. Add in the flour. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Then add in (B). Cook until boils and thickens. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
- Roll out the puff pastry and line the tart mould with the rolled pastry. Prick it with fork
- Put in the filling. Egg wash the sides
- Top it with another piece of puff pastry and press the sides with a fork. Then egg wash.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celcius for 20 minutes
