Chicken Pie


Ingredients
500g puff pastry

Filling
A
50g Oil
80g Sliced onion
30g Flour

B
250g Frozen mix vegetable
200g Chicken meat
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
200g water

Method:
  1. Filling. Heat the oil in (A) and add in onion. Stir fry until fragrant. Add in the flour. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Then add in (B). Cook until boils and thickens. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and line the tart mould with the rolled pastry. Prick it with fork
  4. Put in the filling. Egg wash the sides
  5. Top it with another piece of puff pastry and press the sides with a fork. Then egg wash.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees Celcius for 20 minutes
