Sweet Dough (Bread)

Ingredients
300ml cold water
1 egg
60g butter
10g salt
480g bread flour
120g plain flour
20g milk powder
110g sugar
4 tsps instant yeast

Method
  1. Put all the ingredients in the above order if you are using the bread machine
  2. Select 'dough' mode
  3. Once done, divide the dough into 60g portions and mould into balls. Leave them to rest for 10 minutes

Cheese Sticks

  1. For Filling : Grated cheddar cheese, sugar
  2. Flatten the dough balls and roll them out into 30cm long strips
  3. Place them in a greased baking tray and put in a warm place to prove for 45 minutes
  4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with some grated cheddar cheese, then with sugar
  5. Bake at 190 degrees for 12 minutes, or until golden brown, in the middle of the oven. Serve

Sausage Mix Vegetables Buns

  1. For Filling : Chicken sausages, mayonnaise,, mixed vegetable, tomato sauce
  2. Flatten the dough balls and roll them flat.
  3. Put the sausage on the dough at the centre. Fold the dough into halves. Leave about 1/3 from the edge, then knife cut each folded dough into 8 small portions, just like the shape of a comb.
  4. Twist first portion to the left and second to the right and the remaining the same sequence.
  5. Place dough into a greased baking tray and press each lightly. Prove for 45 minutes
  6. Brush with egg wash and place the mixed vegetables on top. Pipe with mayonnaise and tomato sauce
  7. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes on a middle shelf
  8. After baking, pipe buns with mayonnaise and tomato sauce one more time (to make them look more appertizing ;-) ) Serve

Creamy Milk Buns

  1. For Filling : 200g Butter, 160g icing sugar, 160g milk powder, 50g roast almond nibs
  2. Prepare Filling : Cream butter and icing sugar till light. Add milk powder and mix till well blended. Then add the roast nibbed almonds. Make filling into 30g balls.
  3. Flatten the dough lightly and put some filing in the middle of the dough. Fold and shape them into triangles.
  4. Place them in a greased baking tray and leave them to prove for 45 minutes
  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle some flaked almonds on top. Bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Serve
