Method
- Put all the ingredients in the above order if you are using the bread machine
- Select 'dough' mode
- Once done, divide the dough into 60g portions and mould into balls. Leave them to rest for 10 minutes
Cheese Sticks
- For Filling : Grated cheddar cheese, sugar
- Flatten the dough balls and roll them out into 30cm long strips
- Place them in a greased baking tray and put in a warm place to prove for 45 minutes
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with some grated cheddar cheese, then with sugar
- Bake at 190 degrees for 12 minutes, or until golden brown, in the middle of the oven. Serve
Sausage Mix Vegetables Buns
- For Filling : Chicken sausages, mayonnaise,, mixed vegetable, tomato sauce
- Flatten the dough balls and roll them flat.
- Put the sausage on the dough at the centre. Fold the dough into halves. Leave about 1/3 from the edge, then knife cut each folded dough into 8 small portions, just like the shape of a comb.
- Twist first portion to the left and second to the right and the remaining the same sequence.
- Place dough into a greased baking tray and press each lightly. Prove for 45 minutes
- Brush with egg wash and place the mixed vegetables on top. Pipe with mayonnaise and tomato sauce
- Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes on a middle shelf
- After baking, pipe buns with mayonnaise and tomato sauce one more time (to make them look more appertizing ;-) ) Serve
Creamy Milk Buns
- For Filling : 200g Butter, 160g icing sugar, 160g milk powder, 50g roast almond nibs
- Prepare Filling : Cream butter and icing sugar till light. Add milk powder and mix till well blended. Then add the roast nibbed almonds. Make filling into 30g balls.
- Flatten the dough lightly and put some filing in the middle of the dough. Fold and shape them into triangles.
- Place them in a greased baking tray and leave them to prove for 45 minutes
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle some flaked almonds on top. Bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Serve
