Banana Sunflower Seed Cake

Ingredients
130g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3 eggs
125g fine sugar
100ml corn oil
50g sunflower seeds
20g toasted desiccated coconut
200g sliced banana


Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius
  2. Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl
  3. Combine eggs, sugar and oil.
  4. Stir into flour mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients
  5. Pour into prepared pan (4 x 8 inches loaf pan) and bake for 40 minutes or till cooked.
  6. Stand for 10 minutes and before turning onto wire rack to cool
