4gm baking powder
2gm baking soda
90gm egg
250gm oats
200gm raisins

Method:
- Light beat butter and sugar
- Add in egg and mix well
- Then add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix them together
- Add in oats and raisins
- Refrigerate for 20mins
- Roll out to a cylinder
- Cut dough into roudn pieces
- Place them on a baking tray
- Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 15-20mins
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
