Butter Oat Cookie

Ingredients:
330gm butter
330gm sugar
250gm flour
4gm baking powder
2gm baking soda
90gm egg
250gm oats
200gm raisins

Method:
  1. Light beat butter and sugar
  2. Add in egg and mix well
  3. Then add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix them together
  4. Add in oats and raisins
  5. Refrigerate for 20mins
  6. Roll out to a cylinder
  7. Cut dough into roudn pieces
  8. Place them on a baking tray
  9. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 15-20mins
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool
