Cornflake Biscuit

Ingredients
125g butter
75g sugar,
1egg beaten,
110g sultanas,
150g self-raising flour,
120g crushed corn flakes

Method:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add in egg
  3. Stir in sultana and self -raising flour
  4. Throw into the crushed corn flakes
  5. Grease the tray
  6. Drop teaspoonful of mixture into greased tray and bake at 200 degress Celcius for 20mins or until slightly brown
