Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
250g dark cooking chocolate, broke into pieces
150g butter
180g soft brown sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
120g plain flour, sifted
120g white chocolate, cut into chunks
120g walnut, coarsely chopped
4tbsp icing sugar, for dusting

Method
  1. Melt dark chocolate and butter using double boiler
  2. Add sugar and stir well. Add eggs, flour and mix till well combined
  3. Fold in white chocolate chunks and walnut
  4. Pour mixture into a lined and greased 28cm x 18cm (11" x 7") slab pan
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes till cooked
  6. Cool completely in pan, cut into pieces and dust with icing sugar before serving
